    But seriously, this is the climate of our time. There is a great divide now, and it's only going to get worse. We need to be working together, having a conversation that is civil, to figure out how to come together as a country. Yet, we have allowed politics to destroy us. Our enemies don't have to fight us, they just had to get us to fight ourselves.

    By reading the sweatshirt of some of his crew it looks like they were the Westboro Baptist types with megaphones and everything. As the saying goes, "don't bring a knife to a gun fight".

    Unfortunate situation. But he kind of put it upon himself.

    You weren't there. I see megaphones and sweat shirts littered with extreme right Christian propaganda. Look closely and read the shirt of the man with the highlighter yellow sweatshirt. Reminds me of the groups that used to hang outside of my high school and tell kids they were going to hell if they knew a gay person.

    Its an unfortunate set of events, no doubt. But, honestly with the country the way it is right now, what do you really expect showing up with a megaphone spewing junk at an event like that.

    What did the guy say to get punched?

    You don't know, you weren't there.

    We can see in the video the idiot cheering that the guy got punched. You can hear people calling the guy laying on the ground a Nazi. Does that give the pro Trump protesters the right to punch those idiots?

    I never said anything was justified. My sentiment is that it doesn't surprise me. Don't bring a megaphone and start shit at what is supposed to be a peaceful protest, when deep down those 'peaceful people' are extremely pissed off. It was par for the course.

    Oh I don't know maybe not that an angry mob of illiterate inbred, millennial Snowflakes would chase me through an airport and then cowardly sucker punch me from behind and it would TAKE 2 FULL MINUTES FOR COPS TO NOTICE AND SHOW UP TO STAND AROUND LOOKING STUPID AND DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

    There's a very fine line between these airport protesters and the Canadian mosque murderers.

    Or maybe no difference at all other than the result.

    I'm willing to bet haymakers weren't thrown just because they were Trump supporters. Just a hunch, no concrete evidence. Pick your sides or whatever. All I know is that I feel bad for the guy who got punched. I've been there before. But, I also know you should've stayed home and not needed to roll out from Estacada for an event like this.

    Street smarts tells me this.
