I mentioned before that Aminu fits Toronto.

I don't see how Crabbe would work financially.

Raps don't have anything available we would want. Their draft pick isn't worth Aminu IMHO.

They need to unload Carroll bad.

But I'd okay with doing Aminu for Sully and their first rounder.

Aminu for their first, sullinger, and either Delon Wright or Bruno Caboclo.

Portland shouldn't have any interest in Carroll.

Carroll's salary is as bad as Crabbe's. Actuality worse since he's got an injury history.

I'd do Carroll for Crabbe and their 1st.

Milsap has a player option next year. Going to be a risky move if they think they can retain him while being over the cap.

Yep. With him able to walk there is no way I trade higher than CLE's pick for him. Plus, if you have any hope to fit him in under the luxury tax then Crabbe HAS to be part of the package traded out for him.

Imagine turning Plumlee (Memphis pick) and cap space (Cleveland pick) into Millsap. I'd do it, even with no assurances he'd be back next season. We can recoup one of those picks by trading Aminu or Harkless.

You have to give yourself a shot though. Unless Crabbe goes in the package you gave yourself less than a 1% chance of resigning Millsap. We aren't doing anything this year so why do you want 30 game rental?

I am all for getting Millsap though. I would even pay him big, big money (not super-max).

We can trade Crabbe to Brooklyn in the summer.

Interesting. The contract isn't exactly ideal, neither is age but he is a fantastic third wheel.
