Millsap is 32 years old. Fuck that shit, I wouldn't offer more than one first.

Crabbe and CLE's pick sure (even if he bolts). Not anything more than that for Paul though.

Millsap would be really disappointing. I would rather head to the draft with multiple picks and see what unfolds. Drafts can be unpredictable and this one is being hyped early. There's players that will sky up the board out of nowhere and others that will fall. Seems to happen almost every year. Write this year off unless we get a PG or Butler type player. I have more faith in Olshey's drafting ability than I do hoping he can bring in a top free agent.

A Wiggins+Rose pairing would be laughable.

They need defense and shooting. They're also not gonna make the playoffs now that Lavine's hurt.

1,500 times? I only said it once. 1,500 looks like this

I would deal Crabbe. Might even throw in a 2nd our our lowest first, but no more. Paul has a player option next year. But I'd rather be giving him a ton of money than Crabbe.I would deal Crabbe. Learn to count bro.

(Mod edit, I don't know if he actually posted this 1500 times but it had to be close. Funny but also really annoying so I deleted most of it. - Sly )

I would not trade our top pick for Millsap.

Maybe our two later picks, Turner, and Leonard for Millsap and Sefelosha.

I'd then try to trade Davis/Aminu to a team like Indiana for a 1st, so that we'd still have multiple picks.

Would leave us with only one bad contract in Crabbe, and he's the most tradable of the 3.

I wouldn't even give them Meyers. Why? Because Millsap wouldn't re-sign here.

Meyers is hardly a bad, or prohibitive contract. That's a bench player making bench player money.

Meyers is a 3rd stringer/near out of league player making bench player money.

Trading all three picks for Millsap should result in an immediate firing of the GM.

Trading for Millsap who is 32 might get us into a first round exit, but its going to cost us a lot to get him then we would have to pay him a max this off season to ensure we keep him so we will have a 32 year old is already showing signs of declining a 4/132m+ contract. That is called a desperation move that will get our coach and GM fired before Millsaps contract is up and will hamstring us the entirety of the end of his contract. I haven't even talked about the price which is a reported cost of 3 first and a player which is just insane for him and the only way I could see us doing that is if he was the key piece to winning a championship which of course he isn't. Overpaying for Millsap would be akin to Brooklyn freaking out and trading for KG/PP.

From a chat just had, Portland is not trading those three 1st for Millsap. ATL might be asking that but their not getting it.

    Hello darkness, my old friend
There's no way Millsap can command all three picks.

He's still really good--if Portland were a contender right now, I'd trade the worse two picks for him, Cleveland's and Memphis'. But considering that even if he re-signed with Portland (unlikely) he wouldn't sync up with Portland's time frame to contend (at least two years away, IMO), I'd just pass altogether.

Yeah but to be fair, anyone would sign with Portland.......if it meant more money and not having to back to Utah.
