    Hello darkness, my old friend
Coming back from down 0-3 is easy. Just win 4 straight games against a far superior team, two of them on the road. That's the map, it's on the players to execute it. If they can't execute such a simple plan, maybe none of them belong here.

Yep and PA might as well fire the whole front office and coaching staff, sell the team to Hawaii and move to Canada.

Serious question, but shouldn't people on here realized this 2 weeks ago?

Yes, I said GS in 4. But seeing first hand, it's staggering.

Games 1 and 3, Dame and CJ both had amazing games and we weren't close to winning. And Steph/Klay have been pretty weak too.

That's where the whole 'Lottery vs Draft' discussion came from. Portland was playing horrible. Then Nurkic came and they played better but it was still a #1/#8 matchup against one of the better #1 seeds in league history....not sure what the point was. I think the Nurkic Effect helped hide how poorly this roster was playing but it wasn't going to change the inevitable.

This roster needs all the help it can get and a Lottery pick (especially when it was down in the #8/9 range) was going to do more for this franchise than getting swept by the Warriors. This is nothing new.

My point was about GS being REALLY good, not how poor our roster is. I don't see any team giving them more than 1 loss in each of their series.

That would be a wimp move...swagger comes from the gut...you should watch a bunch of Muhammed Ali pre game interviews and rethink that "we ain't good enough" stuff my friend.....you go into the playoffs ready to do battle...acknowledge the enemy after a defeat but never before a battle..

This post is of the douche nozzle variety. Mocking people who have hope for the team and don't want to be another sorry sad sack who only thinks negatively all the time.

This post can go to hell.

All got to say this team didn't quit in the regular season and made the playoffs this year. To me there playoffs was actually for this team was the games before the playoffs just to get where we are now.

I'm not even going to watch this game. I usually get to bed by like 8:30, so a game has to be really interesting to get me to stay up. I'd have watched if we had a healthy Nurkic. Bring on the offseason.
