Bell will go 2nd round to someone I don't think he is 1st rounder.

I wouldn't be surprised to see someone take him late in the first.

Favors and Diaw will both be UFA's next off-season. Utah could look at getting Bell as a potential replacement for those two down the line. They will also be paying a lot to retain Hayward this year which I think is likely to happen, so the idea of drafting a potential starting PF on a rookie scale contract in this draft is likely for Utah.

Utah owns picks 24, 30, 42. and 55. Bell is likely to be gone by 42, so its entirely possible that they draft him with their 30th pick, maybe even their 24th depending on how he's viewed after pre-draft workouts. They, like Portland are looking at the possibility of packaging picks to move up in this draft and get 1 or 2 guys who they think can develop into big time performers.

Hmm this might change my mind. Yes I know no one is guarding him, but if he works at it for a year....

Andre Drummond is not a good example. He did float all the way up until the NBA. Each time he moved up a level in competition, he performed worse and never used his size. He dropped in the draft because of it. Should have been a top three pick. That drop lit a fire under him and he finally figured it out. I don't think most guys can turn it on and off like that.

    OG Anunoby
    Semi Ojelay

    PF:
Harry Giles (Talent wise, not taking into account medical history)

Yeah, not sure where "stroke has improved" is coming from. Still doesn't look fluid or natural to me. Doesn't mean he'll never be a shooter, but I don't think this video changes his stock at all. Almost any big with NBA talent can makes 3's in an open gym. Doesn't mean you want them shooting them in a live game.

Watching Day #2 scrimmages and Kadeem Allen's first 5 minutes were great. Got after it defensively, showed burst and shiftiness off the dribble and made the simple play with 4-5 crisp, and on-point passes.

I'll be very surprised if he doesn't get drafted. Valued skill set + translatable physical tools.

Sindarius Thornwell is playing like a guy that has a guaranteed 1st round contract waiting for him rather than fighting for his nba life.

I know a lot of "Draft Twitter" likes this guy, but his approach this week would be huge red flag if I was an NBA front office person.

Seeing where stocks are at now - I'm officially on the Jordan Bell bandwagon.

    Jeanne is rising fast!

Now at #24 on DX's mock.

After workouts I wouldn't be surprised if he rises into the teens.

He gave the Ducks basketball, a face, a reputation for toughness. I think he will go down as one if the great college players.

Its just horrible logic. Trends are broken, players mature at different levels.

Its like saying stay away from players from Weber State before Lillard because they'll never be good, there's never been one. Stay away from players from Lehigh they suck, stay away from Bosnian players there's never been a good one in the NBA. Stay away from guys from Wisconsin-Green Bay, or Longwood college.....On and on. Its lazy gossip shit.

I'm all in for drafting Bell with one of our picks. Love that guy. The energy he brings. Fuck positions, that guys a basketball player. Honestly, he was the only player on this past years Ducks team that intrigues me as an NBA prospect.

You forgot to add Gonzaga to the AVOID list.
