http://dailyknicks.com/2016/03/20/knicks-rajon-rondo-changes-tune-on-triangle-offense/ Knicks Rumors: Phil Jackson a Big Fan of Evan Turner (from last year)
There really like Willy. O'Quinn only has 1 year left on his contract and doesn't fit their timeline either, so he'd be pretty easy to acquire imo.
I'd be willing to trade Turner + Noah for Lee + KOQ. Lee has a decentish contract, and makes Crabbe expendable.
I don't like the Harkless one. Who do you pick at 8 then? Isaac? I'm not sold on him and rumors of scouts claiming he's soft don't really sit well...
Isaac or Monk. I'd try hard to trade #15, #26, and Harkless and then try to trade #8 and #20 up to SAC at #5.
Monk? To do what, trade him? We don't have minutes for a small, stubby armed 2 that's not as good as Christian James. I'd rather have Mitchell. At least he'll play D.
The player that Knicks are interested in is Harkless and one of the 1st we have. Don't know what we get back but talks are early stage right now.
Makes sense...Harkless is a New Yorker, not a really defined style of game...can learn Phil's triangle...big question is what do we get back and can we throw in Meyers?
Hark + 15 for 8 seems fair. There isn't a whole lot else on the Knicks that I would be especially enamored with. I can't believe they'd give up KP or Willy for Harkless... However, I would advocate trading Crabbe or Turner for Lee + KOQ - but that is more about a salary dump.
Would you guys do Harkless and 15 for Zach Collins, because Isaac might not be there at 8. I'd do it for Isaac without hesitation.
For those that think Crabbe is way better than Turner..... AAAAHHHHHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA Crabbe cant dribble, he cant pass and he cant defend as well. We have shooters. Crabbe's one hot skillset is redundant on this team... Who is hot garbage??? lmao.....
