    Hello darkness, my old friend
Yup yup. Back in the Wild West days of not many teams scouting international prospects or necessarily even taking them seriously. Now everyone scouts everyone and there's a wealth of information for anyone to access. It's hard for anyone to be a secret or mystery.

Maybe you'll get to next experience that when humans make contact with alien life and a few progressive teams (read: Spurs) scout them for basketball talent, but no one else bothers.

We scored big with the ABA Dispersal Draft with both our picks. Then we screwed one of them up by trading the guy away that would have helped make us a dynasty. Maurice Lucas helped us win a Championship. Moses Malone would have been MVP and helped us win for a decade.

Looking forward to watching this on TV. I've only heard the radio broadcast and never seen it on TV. This will bring back some big time memories from when I was just a little kid.

Watching this 77 game. A guy like Lebron or Durant would DOMINATE! Lebron could score every time he wanted & he'd be incredible on defense.

I'm sure they would be very good but there is no big man duo in the league that either of those guys have to face like Walton/Lucas. They would dominate Zaza/Thompson/Green, etc as well. There just aren't any real big men left in the game. That is why someone like Nurkic could cause problems for other teams. They have no one to really match up with him.

Lebron's power, quickness, athleticism, etc would make Walton cry. Lebron would dunk on almost every possession.

There used to be actual big men. I don't blame some people for not having seen many or forgotten what they were like. LeBron isn't even making Warrior big men cry....and they don't really have one.

Guys like Lebron would dominate any era. So would a healthy Walton.

I was 12 when they won the championship. I remember collecting commemorating world championship 7-Up bottles when they came out. I still have all of them. Being a kid I drank all of them but one, so I only have one full bottle.

Not so sure. Watching that 77 game last night, I think even Meyers Leonard would of been very effective back then. The level of play was much much different than what it is now.
