I think many of us actually read more of the tweets he posts than he does. I've even asked a question about one recently but since I'm on ignore I'll never know if he didn't read it he's just that way.

I'll read Breitbart or Vox or The Huffington post or pretty much anything anyone links here.

The problem is with the snowflakes that don't read anything but what they agree with 100 percent of the time. More importantly, the snowflakes tend to read their shit and consider everything they regurgitate from it as a fact.

I agree with you that he doesn't want to debate, as most of his posts are pretty biased. Which is fine, he's doing him.
However when certain posters on here post biased propaganda for the right. I don't see the same posters who "are sick of rasta", jump on those posters.
    Curious isn't it?

Don't look at me. I don't post biased propaganda. In fact, I make very carefully sure that 1) it's a debate I want to get into, and 2) that I have the information and/or knowledge to properly debate the topic at hand.

And if there's questions about those two requirements for me, then I'll usually just scroll through the thread and "like" the posts I agree with.

The only person I can think of off the top of my head who could be considered as posting "biased Right-wing propaganda" is Denny. But even most of his sources have some form of credibility to them. Unlike some random dipshit on Twitter who just has to whine about Trump (which Rasta seems to think is a legitimate form of information).

Posting twitter posts from biased Right-wing celebrities and grossly biased Right-wing publications every 5 minutes isn't my thing.

What the fuck? Are you serious? You don't think he hates members on here with Right-based views?

What, specifically, has he done or said to suggest otherwise? I'd really like to know.

Denny uses actual SOURCES, not biased, Left-wing propaganda from a social media site. When he starts posting Alt-Right twitter posts on here, then I'll get back to you.

And by the way, bringing up Denny is a DEFLECTION from the discussion of Rasta's constant lunacy. Stay on topic.

Really? So I guess posting bullshit tweets constantly from Twitter with extreme Alt-Left bias is a "Liberal defense mechanism in these discussions", huh?

Or dismissing that the Left has a major problem right now in our country when it comes to having civil protests, getting their facts straight, and behaving like adults on college campuses. That must be a Liberal Defense Mechanism too....Lord knows I've seen you do it constantly. You NEVER acknowledge the problems that the Left has in this country, and when people point it out to you on this forum, you deflect and make excuses. Like this post of yours that I just quoted.

"Trumpettes". I've never insulted you, and you better learn the difference between pointing something out, and an actual labeled insult.

But apparently, because I voted for Trump, it's okay to insult me? This kind of shit is exactly why Democrats lost. Haven't you learned yet?

Numerous times, I've scanned over posts on this forum of people pointing out the hypocrisy from the Left, and not ONCE have I seen a post of yours that acknowledges the hypocrisy. Not. Once.

By all means....if I missed it, then point it out and quote it.

What utter horseshit. He gets away with it by posting implied twitter insults instead of outright insulting someone. Constantly.

Well, if his reading material was more than whining twitter posts from nutjobs on Twitter, then he would have some form of legitimacy.

Good. Most people on here don't.

Like I said in another post: I don't have a problem with debating. But posting whining, grossly biased twitter posts every 4 minutes isn't debating.

Oh, and by the way....since we're on the topic of "bias":

    Woah+this+is+a+surprise_26aad5_6303424.jpg

That doesn't look biased to me, riverman. That looks to me like it's pointing out an uncomfortable fact that you don't want to acknowledge.

Don't make excuses and deflect. This is a problem, and it's right there in front of you: unbelievably offensive Alt-Left hashtags and media bias. Acknowledge it.

I think you're constantly searching for an adversary....and don't care what you think about me personally...I've addressed what I think about hate from both sides but I'm sure you'll find someone to talk about.....talk about thread topics....you seem to talk much more about me than the thread topic...insult away..I don't think hate is being thrown at anyone around here....you seem to latch onto exaggerated terms like hate..whining..snowflake..etc......then expect to be treated with political correctness......Trump does this...I understand how you connect with him. You don't have to read my posts or rastas but you seem really defensive about people who have opposing opinions.....there's no debate in that

At least he reads the opposing opinions. I don't know why this issue is even up for debate.

The reason a lefty never admits they might have been wrong about anything political is because every opinion they have is based on feelings. It's a religion to them in the same way a right wing zealot will never change on abortion.

It's really embarrassing. The main reason it's so tedious from snowflakes is that there are soooo many more social injustices for them to change. Like getting girls into the boyscouts, did they fix that injustice yet? Or is that protest scheduled for the fall?

Rasta is just one of those people man, glad I never have to be around him in real life. I got out on ignore too long ago because my views don't go with his. That's dangerous territory. When you can't listen to another opinion and maybe research and come up with a conclusion or simply agree to disagree. But when you're so far up your own ass that you can't debate or have a conversation, you might have issues as a person. I have nobody on ignore in here and there are at least 6 people I can say I always disagree with in OT.

Absolutely, the only thing I do is when I see one of them quote me I'll sometimes wait to read it when I'm not tired or something.

I can guarantee that I'd piss people off worse if I didn't self censor most of what I wanna say.

You know, by reading all of the garbage that is posted here I come across some stuff that actually irritates me like Trump and the cancer charity stuff....even then I don't know everything about it and certainly wouldn't believe these biased articles 100 percent

No, I'm really not. My thing is simply that I get tired of reading the CONSTANT barrage of blind hatred against Trump (and it IS hatred; you can deny it all you want, but no Leftist on here has said anything to make us think that it is anything other than hate), the CONSTANT barrage of biased Left-wing "news" sources and the garbage they write about (and I'm not even in the "It's Fake News" crowd; I personally don't watch the news, any of it, ever), and the disconnect from reality about the current Leftist political climate in this country; where they think they are innocent angels while they riot and protest at colleges against professors who hurt their feelings.

I don't need to go and look for an adversary, thank you. There's enough ammunition for adversaries right there in front of us.

I've never thought anything bad about you. Quite the contrary, because I was raised around Military veterans, I respect the hell out of you for your service to our country.

I simply don't GET you. I don't understand you. You grew up on a farm, and you went into the military........and yet, you're a devout Liberal?

That's very puzzling to me. I hear about Liberals who served in the Military from time to time, but I've never actually spoken with one until I met you.

Do you have ANY Conservative views about anything?

I mean, hell, even I have views that I'm Liberal about, even though I tend to vote Right.

I don't dislike or hate you, riverman. I just don't GET you. Those who grow up on farms and go into the Military don't usually tend to be Left or Democrat.

Quite the contrary: I've asked YOU to address the topic of Rasta's constant barrage of nuttiness, as well as to acknowledge the extremism on the Left, which is a problem that is unique to the Left right now and not the Right. You have yet to do it.

So....if you want to make a statement about extremism on the Left, then now is your chance to do it.

Personally, I think there are nut-jobs on both sides. But trying to compare the rise of the extreme Left to that of a dying Right-wing group like the KKK (whom hasn't made mainstream news in years), or a fringe group like Westboro (who also rarely makes the news, and is an isolated group) is not only disingenuous, but insulting to those of us with a grasp on common sense and reality.

And it's a deflection that many Leftists on this forum are guilty of, because they do it all the time ("but but but....what about Dylann Roof! but but but....what about Timothy McVeigh! but but but....what about Westboro! but but but....what about...." whatever the next deflection of the current topic is).

The LEFT has a serious problem in this country, and it is becoming more and more mainstream across the entire spectrum of the Left every day. If the Right has to acknowledge every Dylann Roof and Timothy McVeigh that pops up, the least you can do is acknowledge that the Left has a problem with getting their feelings hurt, with biased news information and emotional rioters and college students who are enabled by the biased media and far-Left politicians.

Openly? No, I agree with you: it's not openly being thrown around. But I really do think that it is underlying, and I've yet to see any evidence that suggests otherwise.

It clearly IS whining when it's a constant barrage of twitter posts about a man who no Leftist ever cared about until he ran against a Democrat. And it is whining when such twitter posts quote outright biased and scorn against Trump or anyone who voted for him. Of which Rasta is guilty of posting.

As for "snowflake", I personally haven't posted that term in a long time. But by all means, keep deflecting.

Political Correctness? I don't want to be treated like a classified object because of my race, gender, or sexuality. That's not a problem that anyone on the Right has.

Sorry, but that is a problem that is unique only to select individuals on the Left.

Don't deflect. That seems to be a habit of yours. Stop it.

When those opinions have a basis of FACT, or they use some form of logic instead of exaggerated and/or assumed positions and/or statements, then I will read them and try to understand them.

BUT....when those opinions are based on EMOTION, then they should be scorned, absolutely.

It's easy for the opposing person to defend a topic using facts, logic, and rational reasoning. But they can't defend against the emotional cries of those with hurt feelings. And the Left seems to have a problem with using emotion to formulate their "facts" and "logic".

Or, if you're Rasta, he just jumps right in with snide comments, biased media posts, and insults from Twitter.

Defensive? It's very difficult to defend against that garbage. Debating 101 doesn't teach about how to defend against emotion.

    Very well said, thank you.

I asked him a few questions today, he wasn't snide to me but some of my questions in a good natured way were.

Aren't many of your political opinions biased?

Again, I'm just not getting this outrage over someone posting tweets.
