    Hello darkness, my old friend
Rasta lives here. Michigan, I think he's mentioned, though I may be misremembering.

Apropos of nothing: my kid (back from his first year in college and bored) borrowed one of the cars and is now staying with a family friend... in Hillsborough. What should he absolutely not miss within a day's drive of there before he leaves in a week or so?

I don't know about others but Rasta isn't just posting tweets. You saw how he twisted my words for his own benefit. I don't care if it was directed at trump or Hilary. It's he constant thwart back to " your president sucks" and I for one, already know how Rasta feels so I personally don't care for him twisting my words like that.
Censorship? I never said I wanted to ignore him and I won't and I will let it be after this post,
But just like anyone who is over the top on something, Rasta is losing street cred as to a legit informative post. When he does post it many people will just not read it because of other things he does like twisting my words.
Again. No big deal other than I hope that he understands that many many people just roll thier eyes at his posts these days and I question whether that is the result really wants.
We live in a free country and he is free to post and say what he wants. And we are free to roll our eyes and not take him serious whether he is or not.
I have no issues with Rasta at all and even liked another of his posts moments later.
Just trying to help a brother out from alienating himself is all.

    Carry on

There isn't much. multnomah falls and the gorge on the way out if he is heading east on 84.
Other than that there really isn't anything ourltztanding I can think of.
But hey. He can take all of our potholes with him as a souvenir, cause isn't Michigan the state of 1000 lakes?

I mentally checked out on most of Mags' recycled pablum too. That shit is overwhelming, it's like being in the mind of someone who watches 15 computer monitors at the same time.

Or just put the person on ignore and never read their stuff again. It's pretty simple.

Wow, spoken like someone discouraging outsiders from visiting!
Oh we have PLENTY of potholes. When I first came to Flint we drove down a city street that had a hole in the road so big an entire mattress was in it. And I think you're thinking of Minnesota, and 10,000 lakes. We just focus on the three big ones.

That's unfair: I quoted your words out of context for a lame joke. Get it right!

Wow, my ears are burning but I just see a lot of one-sided conversations. Weird. I feel like I'm as unpopular as William Shakespeare right now.

We should return this thread to topic: how can we get the Warriors deported as traitors?

If I was on their team, I would visit the White House. A> I would enjoy the excellent food and craft beer. B> I could send pictures of my experiences with Melania. C> I would follow the Willie Nelson tradition of lighting up a joint and toking with the regular dudes that work there.

Astoria/Gearhart/Cannon Beach are all within about 90 minutes or less from Hillsboro. Good food, beer and beaches (maybe even bitches) to be had. Hillsboro is also on the northern edge of Oregon wine country and he could fill several days exploring that. He really needs to spend a full day wandering Portland, if only for the "entertainment" value alone. And of course the Gorge (preferably the old highway). There's plenty to see and do.....and that's just the northwest corner of the state.......

And FWIW.......I enjoy your input. The tweets are like headlines (or the canary in a mine). If I see a tweet that piques my interest, I dig for more complete and factual (hard to determine from ANY source these days) information. It puts the onus on me to try and find the truth (or reasonable facsimile thereof) of the matter. And if I'm not interested or think it's likely bullshit, I just ignore it and move on......and (backhanded compliment) your regurgitweets (Thank you @bodyman5000 and 1) are far more entertaining and informative (and usually far more accurate) than those of Donald's Trump......

I like to know what people are talking about. Some of the funniest things here wouldn't be funny without knowing what they are about.

Alternative to that here's an example of a song I missed for a long time because I dismissed the album too quickly.

God, nobody can get Trump to understand how dumb his tweeting is? Truly worrisome

information overkill is like going to an art gallery.....I remember once visiting the Nelson Rockefeller Art Gallery in Kansas City and after spending a day looking at literally thousands of paintings and sculptures....only about a dozen pieces would I hang on my wall and live with.....life is like that...you have to weed through thousands of things to find a few you can relate to more often than not......I would hope that S2 will not morph into an anti foreigner site....nobody around here is getting deported from the forum because they don't reside here or weren't born here....I hope that tone goes away....I will continue to make fun of Kim Jung Ill even though I don't live in N. Korea and have only visited S. Korea a handful of times.
