    Tough to compare the two. One was "under investigation", yet not yet charged, even several months later, whereas another had pled guilty. Highly disparate situations.

    Where does it say he knew? Plus this article is a couple of days old. Maybe you should do some additional research and find the response from the university....wanting it to be true does not make it true.

    He has been under investigation since September. Why haven't they charged him? He's not even on the team anymore. If he is finally charged and found guilty, I hope the LSU Tigers do the right thing and kick him off.
