Shields, bet that guy wishes he'd have stayed in Kansas City. Cessa, no confidence there either. Offense better bop again tonight. Note to Girardi: your last nights line up was good, now separate Judge & Sanchez, sit Headley and lets see what Miggy can do in the field.

Yeah, remember when they used to call him "big game Shields"?...he's been sucking for quite awhile now.

For me, Luis Cessa is a pitcher learning on the job. He makes many mistakes. So, why is he on the parent
team? Management likes his stuff which, I feel, can be better aided in the minors. Trashcanman thinks otherwise.
Cessa has not pitched more than five innings per assignment. This is just another example why Yankee
pitching is a work in progress. Not optimistic.

Interestingly, CC's injury, strange enough, is putting pressure on this team.

...maybe the humiliation of a temporary demotion will light a fire under Carter's ass but I doubt it...and yeah, ball players are such wusses nowadays.

Saw that last night and was stunned by the supidity of that move. There must be better rentals than Carter out there. Don't know what the hell is up with Bird& Austin but the Yankees need to come up with a first sacker.

...said it about a month ago, but I'm thinking we may never see Bird as we know him again.

Just saw that Austin is not sure how long he'll be on the DL. Glad to see the Yankees brining up those kids and giving them a shot. If this game gets rained out hopefully Cessa will be skipped. Allegedly Biggie says he is ready to pitch.

Who knows what in the hell he did to that ankle. Might as well forget the rest of the season and hopefully he can get back in spring training fully healthy.

wow, Carter is back? WTF? Think I'll step out in front of a train.....

    on 2nd thought

Cesspool's a sure ace (sarcasem), headed south with that stellar 6.75 era, but it's not as bad as it looks? Shit looks like shit no matter what shape it is.....
