Thought i read some chatter that crowder wants out too. With them drafting tatum, having brown and trying to sign hayward.

It was reported by all of espn talk shows. It's not my source.
It was reported by the "insiders" that Boston was unwilling to put Crowder in trade scenarios before the trade deadline for Butler or PG13.
WoJ posted about it on twitter before the deadline. He posted the Brooklyn pick was in play, but not Crowder.

If Boston still has the same value of Crowder. Is he really that attainable?

That's a different situation than the post I quoted and responded to. In your original post, you didn't mention anything about the trade deadline. Thing's have changed since then.

At the deadline, they were battling CLE for the 1st seed in the East and probably didn't want to enter the post season without Crowder to help defend LeBron. At that time, offering up the BRK pick, which was not guaranteed to be 1st overall and would not have helped them in their battle for 1st seed in the East or the upcoming playoffs, made more sense than offering up Crowder, who would help them in both cases.

Also, Gordon Hayward wasn't in play at the deadline and he is now. With both George and Hayward, Crowder becomes triply redundant. If they are able to sign Hayward, I imagine that would increase the likelihood of them moving Crowder in a trade that lands them Paul George.

Cedi is a legitimate 3/D prospect in the mold of Justin Jackson.

We traded CLE's 2018 first rounder back to them for their 2017 first rounder (Swanigan). They then traded it to ATL for Korver.

That's their first-rounder, we'd be sending them ours.

The 2018 draft our pick can be packaged beforehand.

Is he? He seems like he has an incredibly high motor, but is not a good 3-point shooter. I see that he's improved his FT shooting since he was drafted, but his 3-point shooting is still below average.

What would be the point in that trade? What if our pick is 15th? We could draft Kurucs who's a lot like Osman... Or we could use it to add actual veteran talent.

They're on the same tier as far as upside - Osman is seasoned and ready to play right away.

He hasn't developed as expected so far. Very inconsistent. He won't be anything more than Connaughton right now.

That was also heard when Boston was trying to get Butler; that the hangup was that Boston wouldn't include Crowder. But I also don't think Boston ever offered their top pick this year, so not sure what they did offer.

Trades have to make sense for both sides ya know?

Jabari Parker would get a top 10 pick on his own
