    @BonesJones How about this?

    http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=ybvplsbx

    Then,

    http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=y6vbxusl

Better or still awful? Please explain in detail why. All I see is that they both are successful.

    Rotation:

    Dame/Napier/Hunter(?)
    CJ/Crabbe/Shumpert
    Harkless/Barbosa/Layman
    Collins/Morris/Swanigan
    Nurk/Chandler/Leonard

Would like feedback from other's too not just Bones.

    Edit: What about this?

    http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=y7dpnarm

    Rotation:

    Dame/Napier/Hunter(?)
    CJ/Crabbe/Shumpert
    Harkless/Barbosa/Layman
    Morris/Frye/Swanigan
    Nurk/Collins/Chandler

1st trades makes little sense for either the Pistons or Magic and that 2nd deal seems both unnecessary and bad value imo.

And even if these trades did go through, I'm not a huge fan of the end roster. Getting off of Turner's deal is nice, but I'd rather keep Davis around (if we can't get a good 2nd for him) than bring in Morris and Chandler. Those guys aren't taking us anywhere so I'd rather just give those minutes to Collins/Swanigan and see what we have in them.

People say we need a consolidation trade and complain about overpaid players. I tried to fix that. It took me an hour to make the money match for the first one. Thank you for the feedback. How would you make the four team make sense?

Lee is a much better player. I think his contract is fair. He's worth more than Crabbe or Turner

Meyers making 30 mil over 3 years is what really bothers this forum. This organization pays 10 mil a year for a guy that can't play like a polished 3 mil a year Jusef Nurkic

    People are wrong.
These same people were saying Portland needed a consolidation trade last year as well.
Said there weren't enough minutes to go around @ center/pf
Yet at the end of the year Portland was starting Meyers Leonard who was rumored to be playing through nerve damage.

Regardless if Portland should make a trade or not, or if players are overpaid or not. These people want to make a move, just to make a move. Which isn't a winning solution for really any team.

I'm not against a trade, but it must make logic. Getting rid of players just to do so, isn't going to happen. Otherwise it would have happened already.

The first trade I don't believe Detroit makes.
I don't believe they'd give up Johnson & Morris to take on BB regardless if Ross was included.
I also don't believe Orlando would be willing to give up on Ross for Turner.
As far as the Suns go, they say they're all in on the youth movement. I don't think they reject any trade that sheds vets and gives them young players or picks.

2nd trade, I prefer Aminu over Shumpert.

3rd trade works a little more imo.
But I think you'd need to give Aminu to the Cavs, Frye to Philly, and Portland takes Bayless.
1 year contracts seem something like Philly is willing to do.
Aminu gives the Cavs a versatile defender to throw at KD.
I don't really see the advantage Portland gets to making this trade though.
Bayless + Shumpert don't shed salary immediately, nor do they make Portland much better. + Giving up Vonleh who is entering a contract year + is turning 22 this year.

I personally think while I could see trade #3 going through with some modifications. I don't see the point of it out of Portland's perspective.
Other than to make a move, just to make a move.

No four team trade makes sense. And don't worry so much about clearing salary; I don't think Olshey is yet. Worry about making the Blazers better in the next three- four years.

Drummond is just not that good, Jackson is done and Harris only cares about shooting the ball.

Are we still waiting to find out what we have in players like Meyers Leonard and Allen Crabbe?

On a garbage team that wants to trade him.

So Kevin Love's numbers in Minny mean he's worth building a team around?

Not at all. Just odd that those nunvers, even on a bad team equate to "just not good"

The Drummond is just not that good comment is a tad of an overstatement.

In relation to what we have on our team and what we'd need to do to acquire him, he's not good.
