Not pissed, just not interested. I watched the very first season of Survivor and that was enough to cure may of any desire to ever watch another "reality" TV show.

Yeah... so Facebook is trying to get into the original content business?

Many people have raised kids good enough to play in the NBA. None of them have gotten as much attention as this dude. I think it's really interesting. He's trying to start his own shoe line. When has anything like this ever happened?

I didn't even know facebook did this...

when you're irrelevant, this happens. Sure, he's relevant, but in reality, hes irrelevant.

    Think about it.

I think it's a move by Facebook to try to start entering the same market as Amazon and Netflix and Hulu. They know that they already have an audience.

Apparently not. I never knew it existed. and if THAT's how they start it, it will fail miserably.

    And I will enjoy it.

    No, many people haven't. It's literally a 1 in a million chance.

I guess it depends on your definition of "many," but my point is that I have never seen any parent of any pro athlete garner the kind of attention that this dude has received. It's unparalleled. I find it very interesting...

Why are people fascinated with the Kardashians? I guess for sports it's unparalleled but for society it's not.

The Kardashians and the Hiltons were basically able to buy their way into stardom. They lived rich and luxurious lifestyles, and for some reason people are interested in watching people with a different lifestyle than their own.

Or you have shows about famous people like Ozzie or Gene Simmons or Toni Braxton. Or you have shows about people building things or buying things.

This would be the first time, that I can think of, where someone got famous because their kid is famous, and not the other way around.

I knew for certain this loudmouth was angling for a reality show. Loudmouths bore and irritate me. So do "reality" shows. As for the Kardashians and their ilk, just hearing the name makes my skin crawl. I wish they'd all just crawl back under the rocks they came from. But outrageous behavior sells (something, not sure what), so whatever. They'll keep being loud and obnoxious, and they'll keep making money doing it, and I'll keep not giving two shits about any of them, and I'll keep trying to ignore them as much as one can ignore anything that is constantly shoved in their faces by the celebrity industry. It's annoying, but it's beyond my control. C'est la vie.

I won't watch it, just as I haven't watched the Kardashians, but I still think it's really interesting how this dude has been able to build his brand in a very short period of time. I had never even heard of him or his son up until a few months ago.

So do you watch the reality show on the facebook website? Or is it just being produced by facebook and it will be on regular television? I'm confused. :(

I think I will check out an episode or two.
