    His trade kicker seems to slam the door shut on moving him....hopefully he'll produce and make a leap this season but I don't see us trading his contract now and I'm ok with that with the small upgrades we've got

    I don't know which team is holding it up but there saying it either the Blazers or Knicks due to Melo going to Houston . Or it could be the Blazers don't want Anderson.

    They might want something else in return for helping Melo get to Houston....Houston doesn't have a lot...they just signed Tim Quarterman...Ryan is not what Neil wants more than likely...doesn't fit his age demographic or value system much

    I don't see this going well for Portland. Let New York and Houston figure it out themselves.

    I mean, sure, those two trades proposed where we get the only two valuable players and dump the bad contracts on New York were great (and hilarious realistic for New York) but I'm pretty sure Houston wants to add Melo to Ariza and Gordon, not give up even more depth to have 5 good players and 10 street free agent caliber players.
