Not only our D will hurt but also our rebounding will be terrible. I know someone said Anderson wouldn't want to come off the bench. I say I wouldn't care that would be best for the team. Dame CJ Turner or Crabbe Vonleh and Nurk would be my starters. Anderson coming in for offense for 2nd team coming in.

I didn't like the thought of trading for Ryan Anderson at first, but the more I watched his tape I started to like the idea... super quick release and deep range at 6'10"... was very impressed with his game vs Warriors last year

Ryan Anderson hasn't earned the right to dictate where he plays or where he fits in the rotation.

This guy only average 4.6 rebounds a game that terrible for PF. Yes the positive note he does stretch the floor on offense.

He averages 7.4 per 36 for his career.

LMA averages 8.6 per 36 for his.

The thing about Anderson is that he's not just a shooter, he's a scorer.

Anderson is one of the current BEST stretch PF's in the league. Might be a nice pairing next to Nurkic.

It looks like the system that he play in Houston because everywhere else it been over 8 rebounds. Thanks for his overall career stats.

Yes. He can think things through so as to minimize his mistakes.

I don't want HOU's first rounders - I want NYK's! That's the ONLY way I even THINK about taking on Ryan Anderson...and even then, NYK isn't getting Harkless in the deal.

That would be nice, but I am sure you would agree.... not realistic. NY is going young, there is no way they are trading their 1st round draft pick for Harkless.

Not true. He scores - but he scores as a shooter. When people are referred to as "scorers" it's because they can score in a handful of ways, with the ball in their hand, and they are hard to defend. With Ryan Anderson the plan is to ALWAYS run him off the line and make him put the ball on the floor. He's NOT a scorer - he's a shooter.

That is highly front end influenced. He is trailing off and 6 per 36 is probably more realistic.

I do agree that he is a scorer. I watched him closely for several games last year and was impressed that he was much more than a 3 pt shooter.

He wouldn't be my first choice, but he certainly would provide an interesting dynamic. Worst case we keep him until ZCollins and Swanigan develop more.

Really? I don't think it's great, but it's WAAAY better than getting Anderson.

Scorers put up lots of points if you put the ball in their hands. Very different from being a shooter, which Crabbe is.

Harkless is MUCH younger. He's on a MUCH better contract. He's a MUCH better defender. And he's more aesthetically pleasing.
