    God damn I need to temper my expectations. These Nurk workouts have got me thinking conference finals type of year...it's going to be a fucking tough year in the west.

    I'm glad he is leaning out but I don't want him to lose too much of his size. That size/strength is part of what gave him such a distinct advantage over most of the rest of the bigs in the league.
