Washington and Jefferson fought to create a nation, not destroy one as the army of the south attempted. to equate lee to Jefferson and Washington because of slave ownership just doesn't work.

I was offered a full scholarship to Washington and Lee University. The admission counselor who took my parents and I out to dinner said I was the kind of hispanic student they were looking for. True story. I thought about it. It was tempting. The honor code part was interesting. All tests were taken in your dorm room or apartment.
