CSN changing to NBC Sports NW

    I couldnt find an official announcement, but I heard a few days ago that CSN NW will change to NBC Sports NW.


    They've already been making this change in other markets (see below).

    Getting rid of Comcast in the name is smart, I've wanted them to do that here since I saw the Bay Area one changed earlier this year.

    It would only be a change in name. Comcast bought out NBC Universal in 2011. The dark empire is still in charge.

    Smart move. The Comcast name comes across like a dirty word now days. Using the word "Comcast" in the name is the equivalent to calling your network Soggy Butthole Sports Network.
