I was saying I would never talk to a cop that way. Especially if he had just pointed a gun at me. I am terrified of what cops can get away with. They can fuck up your life, whether you're white or black, and with virtually no recourse.

This is the original meme. Yes some people can take any meme and add their spin to it and make it racist or whatever, that happens with a lot of memes. I don't condone those memes. However if we are talking how pepe is mostly used, no you shouldn't be thinking its a white supremacy symbol.
