Hello guys im New here. I am a trail blazers fan from germany. Nowitzki brought me to the nba and i became a fan of the Blazers because Lillard is my Favourite Player and Portland has really really nice and loud Fans. Anyway sorry for my bad english i hope you all can understand me... My question is how many minutes you guys Expect for Collins in his first year? That Dude really impressed me so far. His defense is above average right now for a 19 year old, he moves really well for a 7ft big, high bball Iq, his jump shot is looking good and he has range and Post up game. Now I See why olshey was so High on him. But he could pushed around in the league that's his weakness. What you think? Will he play only garbage time or is he a rotation Player even with our Front court depht

Your English is fabulous. Much better than any German I could possibly hope to put together.

I think all of us are pretty high on Collins in terms of his potential. He will be great in a couple of years and really has the perfect skill set for this roster. I'm guessing he will get few minutes at the beginning of the season, but will grow his role and time on the court by the end.

    Prost!

Hey I like to see him around 12 minutes a game at the start and work up to 18 by the middle of the season.

As of now, he's out of the rotation.
At the end of the season, he'll definitely be in the rotation.

When he gets into the rotation, it'll be by about 18 mpg unless something amazing happens.

My bet is he is starting by the 20 game point of the season and he will get about 20-25 mins a game. Depending on his tendency to foul.

I'd say at least 22 min. 8 minutes a game at PF (4 minutes to start each half, as a starter), and 14 a game backing up Nurkic.

Welcome ! I live just some kms away from Germany! Wait should I say miles ?? I hope I didn't confuse any of you.

Anyway I hope he's in the regular rotation. If Leonard plays above him I'll be PISSED

Meyers averaged 16mpg last season (and it's what he's averaged over 5 seasons), so that's his floor IMO.

My best friend, son's basketball coach, old school hooper, basketball junkie, guy who lives X's and O's, seems to think ZC won't sniff the rotation and that Pat will.

Also, my son is on the same team as Orlando Williams son. He seems to think the same.

24 mpg or so. Split at PF to start and back up Nurk. Don't think he can sustain more with the inevitable foul trouble.

Welcome to the forum. There are some in here who might have worse English than you and it's their first language. You seem to have a good grasp.

Does O's son have a sweet a jumper as his dad? Orlando had one of the smoothest shots I'd ever seen. Same age. Grew up playing with him in the parks. Outstanding human being right there.

I legit learned more about English grammar when I began learning German than I had in any English class I'd had to that point.

Maybe you need to take another German class? ;)

Edit: You fixed it and ruined my post. How will I ever forgive you?
