I guess I don't understand what whining is cuz I basically said the guy seems clueless, especially in today's NBA where fitting a prototypical or defined position is often irrelevant.

But I'll take your word for it, since you're the Master of Negativity.

No one ever said losing Crabbe was good. He was an above average role player, but we had to do it because of his contract. He's right about Turner's contract...I've still not been won over by Evan like some here seem to have been. Ditto about Meyers.

His take on Zach was silly though. I highly doubt he even saw Zach play a minute at Gonzaga or in the preseason.

Technically, dude didn't say Zach has no position. "I’m not sure he has a position." So, as unlikely as it sounds, he could still be right if Zach has two positions.

He accidentally wrote Zach Collins when he meant to write Meyers Leonard.

    He's a 5/4.

Has the rim protection and rebounding instincts necessary to be a 5, but has the fluidity and quickness to also cover traditional 4's. Basically, he has the skills to play both spots depending on the situation.

Swanigan is the guy with the positional concerns. The hope with him is that he's a good enough rebounder/passer/shooter to overcome them.

He appears to be basing his assessment based on SL, lol.

The problem is that when you say something obviously stupid, then everything you say is called into question.

Someone to throw the ball into on the post. They attack it differently, but it's correct

lol. If that's your argument, then SL is a completely different game than the NBA regular season. In fact,
college ball is more like the NBA than the ratball SL.

Making a definitive statement about the future of a player based on a couple of summer league games,
not close to an entire summer league even, is just stupid. It doesn't matter if it's me, you, Neil,
a "scout", Jesus, or Albert Einstein - it's just stupid.

You want to disagree, go ahead, it's your prerogative, but I won't be changing my mind, and no
I see no possibility of being wrong on this issue.
