Agreed. If they were going to suspend him, it should have been handed down on Thursday so he could have served it on Friday.
As soon as he ran onto the court I thought he’d be suspended. Wouldn’t matter when the game took place. Can’t do it. Theres no way they’d just ignore the rule if it was LeBron. It’d be blatantly obvious.
The game wasn't televised. Hardly anybody noticed CJ stepping off the bench, and if it was a non-televised Cavs pre-season game, hardly anybody would've noticed Lebron. If they didn't suspend CJ, nobody would've been up in arms. Same with if they didn't suspend Lebron in the same situation. Therefore, I believe that if Lebron did the same thing, the league wouldn't want to mess up the Lebron vs. Irving matchup on opening night, and would've simply ignored it.
If he did, it was a rare occurrence. Truthfully, we have very different types of humor. Probably why we clash.
