I Only watched the final few minutes but the players looked tired, it was a 3rd game in a few nights on the road to start the season.
So, of course, I voted Adam Silver

What I think the shorting of training camp before the season I don't think the players are not in game shape. I think our guys is in better shape then most teams. NO is one those team so far have a good 1st half but they fade in the 2nd. Davis and Cousin look tired in the 2nd half in that game against the Lakers.

I hope he's performing the Heimlich maneuver and not......something else.

Giannis is a nightmare to defend though; who do you double with? Because he can pass too, and he’s taller than the people defending him almost 100% of the time. I guess you try to make everyone else beat you, but doubling puts a strain on your defense.. in the 4th quarter on a 3 in 4 nights? Maybe we were just tired.

Y0u need a bigger defender on him, someone even bigger than Aminu, a natural big, prefferably relatively athletic and a good one-on-one defender

Giannis is a nightmare match up for anyone who guards him, but he is not like Harden where he just breaks his man down play after play. Where he really kills you is with points on hustle plays where he is cleans up after steals and rebounds. Double teaming him won't help with that.

He was abusing ET on the block foul line in during the fourth quarter. We coulda easily thrown two defenders on him, either from the wings or our big man.

I remember it happening once, so will I assume I missed one other. So what are we are talking 4 points? Is that worth letting him find an open man with his passing skills?

Yes but Vonleh is injured right now. If you’re implying Zach Collins wouldn’t have fouled out in two minutes against GF, I don’t know what to tell you.

Perhaps I'm mis-remembering but him going on the block stands out to me. I think his passing skills are overstated as well.

Zach would be an interesting experiment because he's big and also agile but I think he's a better team, zone defender than one-on-one defender. Honestly i would have Ed Davis guarding him

You obviously missed the game. He did it over and over and over during the 4th qtr. Foul line, guarded by Turner.

Ed couldn’t handle him; he got a foul on him as he literally ran away from him ... the refs were giving Giannis a lot of love.

You realize how moronic this posts sounds right? You realize we wouldn't have even been IN that game without CJ right? You realize you aren't allowed to put the player on blast that put us in that position to win in the first place right? Doesn't work that way.

So does Giannis DEMAND a double team, but NOT Westbrook?

It's way easier to defend a 6'3" point guard with your 6'8" stopper than a 7'0" point guard.

I don't know how you do it @HCP... You're better than me in this area... I guess...

There's a reason why I don't join in with this type of crap. F that... This cat barely has 800 posts...

There. I'm done. It's you they're "joking" with not me.
