Not Christians, but Jews. The section of scripture you reference is from the Old Testament (the old covenant), specifically Mosaic Law. Christians, who didn't exist until after the death and resurrection of Christ (in the New Testament) can eat Pork. Peter had a vision and God told him it was ok - what goes into your mouth does not make you unclean, but what comes out (from your heart) is what makes you unclean.
