We should merge teams with Pelicans. Our frontcourt is not good enough, their backcourt is awful. Have Lillard and CJ in the backcourt with Davis and Cousins in the frontcourt = domination even if you have to make compromises at SF.

I hope Kevin Durant breaks both his legs.

    That is all.

Honestly.. Go with a lineup of

    Lillard
    McCollum
    Davis
    Cousins
    Nurkic

An easy viewpoint that will help some of those who are getting upset about results:
A 6 or 7 seed is hypothetically better than a 5 seed. Why?

Because we would have just as good of a chance of beating a 2 or 3 seed as we would the 4 seed. I honestly think we can beat anyone in a playoff series other than Golden State. We'd have more of a chance (albeit, small) of making the WCF if we were a 6 or 7 seed. If Olshey makes a solid trade at the trade deadline, I could see us having a chance at beating the 3 seeded Rockets in the 1st round as Harden and Paul choke in playoffs and our defense neutralizes their shooting, and then beating the 2 seeded Spurs in the 2nd round as Nurkic beasts on the interior against Pau Gasol and Aldridge while are new starting SF (who we traded for) does a solid job on Kawhi.

Idk, not a likely scenario, but more likely we reach the WCF as a 6 or 7 seed than as a 4 or 5 seed.

So just as long as we're not 8th, I'm happy. A 6 or 7 seed means a better draft pick too.

"The flagrant 2 called on Carmelo Anthony on Sunday stands as called," a league spokesman said on Wednesday. "We reviewed it, the same as we review all plays of this nature, and agree with the on-court officials that the foul met the criteria of hard contact above the shoulders with high potential for injury. While attempting to draw a foul, Anthony extended his elbow into his opponent's face, which is dangerous and reckless in nature."

Celtics have been great. Won 10 in a row now after getting beaten in the first two. They could win the East and I will not be surprised if they make a big trade before the end of season.

Now thinking about that they don't really have a way to match salaries of any of the top players.

Yes I look forward to revisiting that trade thread after the draft and IT actually plays, but as I said at the time "Boston easily got the best player in the trade, so they got the better deal". Surprised so many disagreed.

I wonder if MIL makes Jabari Parker available. He might come back around all star break, and his value is probably as low as it will ever get after his second ACL. I (and others) were writing him off last year after he went down again, but he could be a great buy low candidate.

I'd give em Zach and take on a bad contract.

A (healthy) Parker is exactly what we need. Scoring forward who can handle and shoot. He'd look good next to Noah.
