I said earlier a couple times he is a quality role player. The type of player kinda good a a bunch of stuff, but not great in any. the kinda guy any team would want as their 6th-9th player.
Finding an obtainable wing as a replacement is pretty hard if you look at the rosters around the league. It seems the league is in a SF thin era right now.
When Aminu returns he should start at SF with Vonleh at PF. Harkless to the bench until he shows he deserves more time. If he continues to play like shit give Layman rotation minutes.

Yes but we're trying to improve on that! Aminu + Vonleh + Nurkic = No points scored... by either front line! Layman is a defensive liability, but you can hide him because you have Aminu and Nurkic and Dame on the floor too.
I actually don't think layman is a liability defensively. He's always shown well in that department imo. It's his shot that's broken, but at least he's not afraid to pull the trigger. If he ever found consistency with it he'd be at the minimum, a rotation player.
