Dame sat out a bit with his ankle but he was going to have to sit for 3-5 minutes anyhow in the 4th so he really didn't lose any time. He still played 37 minutes.

How about Nurk+Turner+Harkless+2018 1st (top 8 protected) for DeAndre Jordan and Lou Williams

    CJ+Bazz for Middleton+Jabari+Brogdon

    Dame / Williams
    Brogdon / Pat
    Middleton / Aminu
Jabari (when healthy) / Davis / Vonleh
    Jordan / Leonard / Collins

He clearly wasn't himself in the 4th quarter.

Still rather have him chucking shots with someone closing out on him and make him prove it. An open layup is guaranteed.

We need shooters. Look how much easier things are when our role players have a good night shooting the ball. The problem is none of them are anywhere near consistent with it. I want Mirotic but I’ll take Hezonja.

Trade Davis and get under the tax. Leonard and Collins will be fine backing up Nurkic.

Actually the way Leonard is playing, we might just be able to dump him.

    Yes.

But HOU had one plan of attack after thy got all their spacing: go at Dame. They were forcing him to switch onto Harden/CP and he was on one wheel. Not much you can do there.

You could do something to keep scoring your damn selves. We were up 14! Just keep scoring and we win. As usual, we stopped scoring AND collapsed on defense.

The fact that no one will call out the reffing for what it is because they don't want to get fined, because they WILL get fined, is bullshit.

How many teams do you reckon have won with a 42-12 FTA deficit? I don't know, but I'd wager none.

Stotts went to his same old iso ball while Houston just sagged in and waited for it. Dame went out and CJ took the point and they know he's not going to make any good passes. Hell, CJ's teammates know he's not going to pass so they just stand there, which makes the defense's job even easier. Game was over right there.

I'm sure someone has at some point, but I'm also sure they probably shot an insane percentage from the field to do it.

It’s a soft league. Players and coaches can’t say anything or else they get fined more than what most people earn in a year. I hate that it’s so soft. It’s what allows shitty flagrant calls and players like James harden to get these insanely dumb calls at the rim. Oh especially Chris Paul’s drawn fouls especially that one rip through near the three point line that got him free throws when we all knew damn well he would never attempt that shot

You're equating our lack of success in free agency to incompetent reffing? DUDE! Take off the tin foil hat!

Blazers fault. We had one one of the easiest starting schedules. Dropped so many close and easy games it felt like. Now it’s time to feel the wrath up the really good teams

I disagree, our shooting gets a lot better and we get an actual scorer on the bench. Plus, we can throw shit at the rim and DJ is gonna jam it.
