    Thank you for posting this.

When I called Allen Crabbe 1-dimensional, I was called a Crabbe hater.

When I say Westbrook costs his team close games by freezing out his teammates and resorting to hero ball in the 4th quarter of close games, I get labeled a Westbrook hater.

I neither case does it have anything to do with hate. I am just sharing my opinions based on what I have observed. And, in neither case was I trying to make Crabbe or Westbrook look bad so I could get with their ladies.

That part actually made me laugh. Like some forum nerd is going to get with an NBA player's woman by saying, shit babe, I know he an NBA player and make $20 million a year, but DAMN girl, he so selfish and 1-dimensional!

I want a replay of it, it was beautiful.

I’m ok with the misses he had too. They were all good shots in the rhythm of the offense and he didn’t hesitate to take them.

His length really shows up on the boards. Him and Nurk should be a force together. I also love how he understand verticality.

Some of the fouls he gets called for though? Wtf? For example, his fourth tonight. He gets elbowed in the face and gets called for a foul. Lol whatever.

So much more enjoyable watching Collins than Meyers. He's almost always in the right spot defensively and he can get a shot off before I walk the dog around the block.

    He's not a 5 though, which isn't a negative comment

You can see one day he can be a elite Rim protector. He has good coordination can Run the floor well, very good mobility. Good lateral quickness for a 7ft and a high bball Iq for a rookie. But right now, it's better when he starts at the 4 next to Nurk. You can see he is very nervous wich is normal for a rookie. With nurkic on his side that would give Him more confidence. He is mobile and quick enoug to guard at the 4. He and Nurkic would give the Blazers great length and great rim protection. So Stotts do that Twin Tower lineup please!

    Yeah that’s it, thanks.

It’s not just the footwork, it’s the patience. That’s not common with young bigs. A lot of other guys would’ve just barreled into Richardson there.

And on offense he understands the game, has good post moves and Range. I am worried a bit because of his free throw shooting looks weird but the rest looks pretty good

Waiting for the defense to react to his spin and then going to the other side of the rim.

He’s a very smart player. Even on pick and rolls he knows when to pass off instead of getting a charge called against him. Coming out of college he was known to struggle with fouls and a lot of times the suggestion is a guy just doesn’t know what he’s doing because he’s raw (or dumb) but with Collins it’s more just a matter of him being super aggressive. If he can find that balance he’s going to be a monster.

Man, you should rethink why you are on here. Don’t come on here and mess with these people. You aren’t a fan of this team posting the way you do. Let them enjoy a W. Get out of your mom’s basement every now and then a pick up some people skills.

Damn... it wasn't that bad of a post. lol. Besides, he does need to work on his screens a bit - and he will... dude is legit. Once I got out of my moms basement and looked at the mailbox, I realized this.

Yeah his screens aren’t great but at least he doesn’t make it look like he’s attempting brain surgery like some other guy on our roster.

All that guy does is put the team on blast. 19 year old kid got his first real run of the season and did pretty good if you ask me.

I don’t want to make comparisons, especially this one, but man, even the way they run is identical. The body type is very comparable to a young Aldridge as well.

    This!!!!

When Nurk comes back, I want to see a Nurk, Collins, Aminu front court.

Fuck small ball! Zach and Aminu are quick enough to guard smaller players. With Nurk clogging up the middle, that would easily be out best defensive unit.

They would also be great on the boards. Aminu is a great rebounder for his size, and would be one of the better rebounding small forwards in the league. Given the way Aminu is knocking down his 3-pointers this year, he would be, by far, our best option at small forward.
