The officiating was fine. They missed a few in the early and middle portions of the game but ultimately we missed way too many opportunities. Didn’t rebound well and didn’t capatalize off turning them over.

My guess is that if Olshey doesn't make a significant move by the deadline he is gone. Not saying I agree or disagree but that is the reality I think.

Maybe...just maybe we've been calling out the wrong guard all along for drinking like a fish

After 16 points from both Aldridge & Gasol in the first half(32 combined).
Most posters claimed Stotts doesn't adjust, and Aminu can't guard Aldridge.(this Aminu thing was before the game started)
However in the second half Aminu shut down Aldridge, holding him to 6 points in the second half.

Aminu is Portland's best defender regardless of position and it's not close.

Wonder what Allen is going to say at the All-Star break. He's as active as any owner in the game (minus Cuban) and this team is going nowhere and it's built to go nowhere. He's fired GM's for A LOT less. Olshey's shtick will wear out if the team doesn't grow. Doesn't matter how many news reporters he freezes out.

We’ve had pretty much the same team for like three years. Dame Nurk and Collins are the only ones that I wouldn’t listen on. Everyone else is available.

Regardless if Portland is a playoff team or a lotto team. One thing is for certain.
Lillard needs help. Can't be playing 37 minutes a night and expect him to not get injured.

We will have a update on Lillard just twomorrow. Another heartbreak lost... things go to well to trash very fast in the league. Shabazz should have more playing time, Lillard shouldn't comeback. He needs to stay healthy

I'm not sure Crabbe would've been the SF they need, but he would be better than the SF's they're using now.

True fans like us don’t get to take a couple weeks off. The losses sting so bad that we want to, but we can’t. There’s always the next game, and for that we always come back.

    Turnovers

    Blazers: 9
    Spurs: 22

    Points off Turnovers

    Blazers: 11
    Spurs: 26

Offensive rebounding was also 9-12 despite the fact we took 16 more shots than SA.
