To double down on wasting MORE money on this "war on drugs" is amazing to me. It's a "War" that disproportionately affects black people and that's probably the main reason that racist wants to keep it going.

Dviss, if we amend the Constitution we can make anything legal or illegal. You can amend the Constitution to make Blazers games free worldwide.

You can't just stream them illegally and say you're not hurting anyone. It doesn't work that way.

I personally can decide to ignore any law I want. When the authority says I'm busted I'm busted. Be it a traffic cop or the DEA.
