exactly the same thing for a 3rd grader maybe, especially when you ignore the part where Trump is asking Comney to not look something that could incriminate Trump. Same thing sure, keep deflecting

Here's what you big government conservatives don't understand:

Sessions is one of the biggest investors in private prisons, and a HUGE majority of his inmates are marijuana "law breakers".

I like to have a puff from time to time but that’s not what really bugs me.

This society is expensive and we don’t need to pay our taxes to enforce something with few negatives. The police, the courts and jail are all very expensive. Then there’s the issue that regardless off money sending people to jail for something that doesn’t harm society will eventually actually harm society. If Job Blow was an otherwise normal 19year old but gets caught with a pound of weed he was selling to his friends then he ends up in jail, lives among real dangerous criminals, learns how to be a bad ass which is so respected in the clank. Then upon exiting the prison system X years later they are stigmatized and will have a very tough time in life. But they did learn how to be a criminal while in the big house.

Fuck that, it’s a burden on society to enforce these outdated and overly punitive laws.

I love this move. It is absolutely the right thing to do. If you do not like the law that is on the books, get your Senator and Rep to change the law.

    Here is the reason why;

    Article II
    Section 3

" he shall take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed, and shall Commission all the Officers of the United States"

Now, let your congress put the law on the record that you want enforced. Perhaps they will need to give somewhere to get what you want but that is the way it works.

Not to distract to much from this subject but immigration detainees are way up, while deportations are way down under the Trump admin. Guess where that leaves everyone who was detained?

One of the many problems with your analogy here is that it was not Obama who decided that. It was the Justice Department.

There is plenty of support from Republicans and Libertarians in Congress for national legalization of pot. Has been for at least a decade.

Obama and the Dems simply refused to put it on the table.

Ball's been placed firmly in their court now.

Interesting take. And by interesting, I mean nonsensical.

If republicans favor legalization, why is Sessions trying to do the opposite? Since republicans control congress, why don't they pass legalization?

And that means Obama and Bannon are the same man. Jesus, this goes deeper than I thought.

It's truly hilarious to see conservatives arguing for big government and against states rights.

So states rights was A ok for slavery but not for limiting government intrusion?
