Years down the line, when it's all said and done, should the Blazers retire Aldridge's jersey?

Yeah, I was cheering him on without sitting on my phone at the same time. And then I said he redeemed himself from last game with an "aye"...

EDIT: Didn't see your post before that.

They always are and still built a great record. It doesn't matter who they're missing, especially since we were missing Dame.

I did notice that. I was checking the game thread and espn gamecast and saw the score with 5 seconds and didn't see any reaction in the thread. I seriously thought espn was ahead of the broadcast people were watching

I did notice as well Cj didn’t get no love but that’s not shocking a lot of folks here don’t like him. I bet Cj haters were mad he made that game winner.

Idk why they hate Cj so much. The guy shoots 45% from the field and 42% from 3. Mind you this with TONS of attempts.

Crazy thing is Cj is technically playing “bad” for his standards right now. And still somehow is at great clips from the field.

    Ah well

So, I got this question. Most of you not gonna like it, but does this team have better chemistry with Lillard out? It seems obvious Harkless can play bball when he doesn't have to play with Dame. Sad but true.
CJ had 7 assists tonight, all of sudden - he can pass the ball for few games now.
Could it be like Dame is much better then all other players and it's actually works opposite for the team?
Saying that I'm on fire Stotts bandwagon, as locker room problem is so obvious in Portland and not this season only. Half of those players half of the time play like they have some personal issues. It's like they need some authority and they can't find it in Stotts. I think they are not finding it in Lillard neither.
I've been calling for vets presents in this team for long time. I think it's so obvious you can spot it from Europe.

Do you ever post anything positive? Ever???

The Blazers, who also happened to be missing their best player, just beat one of the best teams in the league, and instead of celebrating, like an actual fan, you shit all over the win.

Serious question: why do you follow the team?

He's not great at most other things.

if only Lillard was a SG and CJ was the PG and we could trade CJ, keep Bazz and maybe, just maybe get an actual starting SF or PF.......

if we do trade bazz we need to bundle ET and meyers in there and maybe ...... oh shit, im in dreamland.

Bazz is the best PG on the team, and yes, I think the teams flow & pace is better with the 35 foot chucker out.
Blazers need to choose who they want as their undersized SG, CJ or Dame (they're both best suited to that role), and then use the other to acquire a top tier SF.

Trade the 'to kool for skool posers' (Davis, Leonard, Lillard)

Harmless can't play with Dame...??? More like he doesn't see mijnutes when Dame plays, it's not that he can't play with Dame... He was great next to Dame all year last year.

Is our chemistry better without Dame? Huh? CJ got 7 assists (season high I think), Dame averages 7 assists. We had 3 players shoot well tonight. With Dame and the way those guys shot, we'd have won by more.

    Bruh... What?

Here we go with the Dame bashing because we beat an undermanned ragtag Spurs team by 1 at home without Dame. Too cool for skool? Trade him? There's one guard on this team that's too cool to play defense and it's not Lillard...

You can't even talk lmao. You're the one who bashes Dame then he goes off and you go quiet and don't say shit. You are the exact example of what you're talking about.

I believe people felt like a SAS game winner was coming and then forgot about CJs game winner because they took so much joy in Aldridges brick at the buzzer.
