I just got one for Christmas and started using it and I'm loving this thing. Anybody who has one have any recipes they want to share?
I've found it's the basics that make my life easy. Hard boiled eggs. 1 cup water, 7 eggs on the rack for 5 minutes. Quick release and put into cold water Beef stew. Saute the beef in oil in the pot, deglaze with some boullion, drop in your spices and veggies for 60 minutes on manual. There are tons of recipes out there. I haven't tried pudding. Mrs. FromWA does spaghetti sauce in it. You're gonna love it.
thats pretty much what I do. I make chili in there too...pretty basic, sautee onions and garlic, then some turkey or ground beef, add some chili powder and tomatoe and tomato paste. good shit. I use the rice button to make quick and easy rice, but usually quinoa and cous cous...a little healthier.
My bro did a Butter Chicken (Indian) which everyone loved for Thanksgiving. Dunno where he got the recipe but they are around everywhere.
I made this Columbian Chicken Stew once too. Very basic but turned out well. http://www.seriouseats.com/recipes/...n-stew-with-potatoes-tomato-onion-recipe.html
I enjoy making one of my favorites, Center Cut Pork Loin Roast marinating in my version of Philippine Adobo, with a slow cooker. I think I will definitely upgrade to the instant pot in a few months.
...however, you can use the Instant Pot to make a huge batch of potent cannabis oil --> https://beta.herb.co/marijuana/food/easy-cannabis-oil-slow-cooker
