To be fair, I'm sure they wanted to say exactly what you would have, but expulsion is the only lever they are allowed to pull.

 

Colleges can choose who they want to admit. They have their own rules just like corporations do. They are corporations.

 

Lots of young dumb broke kids aren't racist. Racism is a learned behavior.

 

Young and broke is no more an excuse than drunk. In my young broke college days, I sometimes drank more than I should and did/said things I regret. But while I am no more perfect than any other white woman raised in a racist society, I never said that shit.

You would be surprised. Kids get racist on video games all the time. Young people say and do stupid shit. It’s not like this is some unforgivable act. Girl needs to grow up. Now if she’s in her 20’s saying this shit then there is no excuse

 

How do you know how to say the N word? You learn it. It isn't inherent. Racism is taught. Kids get racist on video games because they have racist parents bro.

Not necessarily. Let’s be real a lot of black people say the N word themselves. It’s not far off from saying it with the hard R. Every kid knows what that word is. It’s taught in history class. Doesn’t have to come from parents. It can though.
