I'm hoping the Yankees will stand pat a while longer, get through Spring Training then see what is up. The obvious odd man out is Ellsbury, Robertson has value and made contributions.

Interesting, Cashman still has no clue??? Imo, Trashman's career has already been defined by his inability to trade the last of the 10 yr multi-million $$$ long term, no trade clause contracts...Dingleberry!

    (from article noted in OP):
"The Yankees added the 30-year-old because he's had a long track record as an everyday player and because there's a big question mark at second base."

And the Question mark just got bigger by adding another 30 yr old journeyman, i.e. -a lifetime Minor Leaguer Espinosa, I don't agree there's a question at 2nd base prior to this Minor Lg signing!!!

b/t - Torres, Torreyes, Andujar, Estrada, Holder and Park, ntm- a few others, (Fleming, Petersen, Fleming, Avelino); I don't see a question at 2nd.... (only adding Espinosa IS a big Q),

As for D-Rob, what's the Yanx gonna' do when Chapman opts out after 019?
What's the Yanx gonna' do when Betances begins his wild out of control venture?
Is it too late to recall Flash Gordon and Mo'....?

Hope to hell t/Yanx can land a damn good SP, and I'm not sure that Darvish fits this bill anymore; he's not the 100-mph flame thrower he used to be....

granted Dingleberry was only signed to 8 yrs, not 10, might as well be a lifetime death sentence...
