Cavs can't give up both their pick and the Nets pick because they owe the Hawks their pick in 2019 so they have to keep one or the other.

The Wizards upgrade Mahinmi to Tristan Thompson and get Shabazz. I think they'd deal Oubre for that.

I don't think LeBron is gonna give up $10M.

No way he sits on the Lakers the next 4 years waiting for Ball and the rest of those kids to get seasoned while KD passes him in championships, NOPE

They can't dump Deng in the off season because then the contracts wouldn't be expiring coming back and there won't be many teams that could/would take on his whole contract with nothing going back. I've actually spent a lot of time on Lakers sites and the consensus is if they could get rid of Deng they'd for sure give up at least an unprotected 1st in 2020. The problem is that no one wants Deng's contract. It is definitely not the Lakers that would hold this up. Maybe they'd balk at giving up 2 picks in which case I'd still do it for two future 2nds.

Lebron has a net worth of $400 mil, he makes more in endorsements every year than his nba salary, that endorsement money goes up when he wins championships. I think he would pay 10 mil(or lose 10 mil) to win a championship.

Because Napier isn't enough for Oubre. They wanted a center upgrade and I think Thompson is a step up from Mahinmi.

For the record Lebron makes $55 mil A YEAR in endorsements. The only reason for him demanding a max over winning a championship would be his ego, the idea of harden and cp3 making more nba salary than him might be too much to handle for him, but I doubt it since he’s worth more than both put together.

    Nurkic + CJ + Turner
For Love + Thompson + Nets pick

    Then Harkless + future considerations
    For Oubre

That’s more of a Neil trade, 2 expirings for 2 expirings and oubre.

Anyone who believes Lillard's defensive rating is due to playing a full season with Nurk is partly correct and partly wrong.
Lillard is putting more effort into the defensive end. It's been plainly obvious all season.
Hell these same posters where posting early in the season that Lillard's improved defensive effort has effected his shot so much. Pointing to his shooting %.
Now that his % are back up to the norm, they have to find something else to complain about.

This is why you get called for having an agenda/being a hater.
    Get credit where it's due.
I can be called a Nards hater, but I've posted multiple times this year that Nards has looked like an NBA player when he's got in the game.(not counting garbage minutes)
    Credit where it's due.

They'd dump Deng to a team with cap space. Atlanta would be a prime destination.

Apparently Lakers are focusing more on 2019 free agency where Klay, Kyrie, Butler and Kawhi will be available than this year's available players as they can't dump Deng this year and can't create cap space for a max player.

I won't be surprised if Clippers end up pursuing Paul George heavily in free agency, still Thunder are the favourites to resign him. They will need to clear salary to be able to do that and getting rid of Jordan and Williams is the only way to achieve that. Clippers could still potentially sell all of Williams, Jordan and Bradley in the next three days but if they don't, they should comfortably be a playoffs team with their current group (Pelicans are dropping like a stone).

Utah who have been almost certain to trade both Favors and Hood have been balling out of their minds recently so I don't expect major moves there. I'm curious whether they re-sign Favors in the Summer or not, as he doesn't seem to work well with Gobert anymore.

Wouldn't surprise me if WAS considered Oubre untouchable. He's behind Porter in a minute crunch, but he's shown enough for them to probably keep him.

Porter might be available, and he's awesome, but I'm not touching that contract

We'd still be right where WAS is now and three guys making over 25 mil each. Porter makes slightly more than CJ for four more years. All our shit contracts at least expire in 3.

He does, yes...contract the same length as Dame's. Based on what I've seen from him, he's worth it. If Collins continues to develop the way he seems to be, and Nurk can ever figure out how to finish around the rim, I'd submit that a Dame/CJ/Porter/Collins/Nurkic lineup could be contender caliber by next April. Perhaps I'm overly optimistic, but I'd take that swing if Washington were willing.
