I just think it's a young guy trying to use his swagger with mixed results...smiling a bit too much when he should bear down...and I think youth and coming from a village of a few hundred people to the NBA is a handful...hell English is probably still a handful...never saw Sabonis smile that much

That is great....just wish that all translated into more wins. The Jail Blazers fought amongst themselves all the way to the WCF.

wouldn't you rater have something sustainable? That same group you talk about also blew up the year after because of the lockerroom crap.

NFL was talking about it today with NE vs a team like Phili or some of the other one offs
IF you want to truly build something special, it starts with character, from the top to the bottom.

Or you can go rent a ring for a year with a bunch of convicts. and then be losers for a decade.

So the Blazers need to run the 'Picket Fence' play and not be caught 'watching the paint dry'.....Love it!

There’s only one center in the league that plays 36 mpg. Plus with his inefficiency you would probably see a lot of his advanced numbers get worse with added minutes.

I’d be ECSTACIC if Nurk in his prime was what Sabonis was at 33!

As a 49er fan, just seeing yet another player (this time a 2017 1st round pick) get arrested for domestic violence and gun charges made me very grateful that at the very least we haven't had to hear about any arrests and crap like that since they started caring about character. I don't mind a bit of crazy as long as it is only on the court but I like having a team that doesn't get into trouble.

Foster would be Patrick Willis 2.0 if he could get his problems in check. It's a shame.

However with all the cheap players and FA money they have, they can adjust. It's time to return to contention. Go Niners.

You misspelled "three", but I get what you're selling.

Reminds me of Aldon Smith. Led the league in sacks and arrests in the same year lol. Foster is probably on last strike and facing a suspension but he’s so damn talented.

He was available in trade because Denver couldn't start him and Jokic.

His per 36 numbers are what they are. It's not like just a few more minutes per game are going to be a drag on those. If he played 5 minutes per game, I'd take them with a grain of salt.

His numbers last season suggested to many/most that he'd be that good, too.

I don't claim to know what's happened with him this season, though. He lost weight, maybe?

The reason for losing weight was probably the back pain.
