No we don’t. I’m one of his biggest fans but that’s not his game right now. The fact that we have to lean on him so heavily speaks more to to the weakness in our roster. Nurkic would be best fit in the Steven Adams role. We still need to find a reliable third scorer. Collins could be that guy but that’s still ways away.

Curious why everybody is so excited after beating a “TRASH” team like this.

It's nice to see the team start out and finish up strong against inferior competition, even though they laid off the gas in the middle of the game and let them catch up. Shows that the Blazers have the "flip the switch" ability that they'll need to win the championship this year.

They didn't take us seriously at first, and by the time they did it was too late.

But then people would bitch and wine about his shot selection.

I'd hope so with the way he reacts to negative criticism! He'd drop 50 every night!

Kind of wondering why you didn't go all Christmas with that post and go from green font to red font and back.

Walton must be the greatest babbler to ever ramble on live Tv, the guy is funny like 10% of the time but it becomes unbearable after a few minutes.

It's like he totally fried his brain using hard drugs for DECADES, was he like this in the 70's too??

Dave Pasch: Bill, Your son Luke was ejected tonight.
    Walton: FROM WHAT?!?!?!

No he had a stuttering problem so he really didn't speak much at all.

I used to mow the lawns at the apartments my dad owned in NW many years ago. Bill used to ride his bike everywhere but he was just learning the city. He would stop and talk to us every now and again. Such a good guy but he did have a stutter. People thought he was stupid but not the case at all.

That was probably the only funny moment of the broadcast. Or whenever Pasch checked him.

I like the guy... but like you say it gets old real fast. The occasional NBA game would not be bad, but since I watch a lot of Pac 12 basketball, I have to mute him every few minutes.

He also pisses me off when he insists that the stars deserve more calls in their favor because they have earned it. Fuck that.

I met Bill years ago at the Tournament of the Americas before the Dream Team played. Very nice guy.

If Draymond becomes available, what would you give up for him?

I think he's wearing on the team's morale a bit with his intensity. It's great for a team that is on the way up to contention-- but the guys probably tire of him after 3 (probably 4) consecutive years of getting to the finals. If they lose in the finals or flame out in the west, I seriously think they'll look to move him.

Well they don't need Dame or Cj so I am good with giving them anyone else that makes 18 million. Hark and Meyers would be nice plus a first. Meyers might actually work in their system.

Or Turner to replace Iggy who is slowing down and maybe Collins?
