There’s black market gun smiths all over the world that make exact working replicas to ship and sell in the US. Stopping Americans from legally making guns will not get guns out of criminals hands. The more gun laws we have, the happier/richer cartels get. It’s the same as weed. The cartels have taken a huge hit since weed has been partially legalized here. They would love to start selling more guns I’m sure.
I can not imagine being a school teacher. I know I lack the characteristic necessary to serve that role the best it can be done, probably not even adequately. But if I were said School teacher, I can not imagine cowering under desk while some misfit is killing my children without opposition. And we see some real teaches that can not do it either. We should not put them in this miserable ridiculous position! Allow those that want to be armed just in case, so they may try to save some children with more than just their body bulk. Allow them possibility of success, give them the god given right to protect yourself and those you protect, with the force of arms when necessary. Eliminate this Killing Zone!

And if no teachers in a school want to carry a gun? Is that something you would make mandatory? Would the schools pay for these guns? We did just eliminate the tax deductions when teachers pay for school supplies out of their own pocket. Could parents bring their own guns with them for parent teacher conferences? For school concerts or sporting events?

Are you serious? Of course, The only issue on the list that is federal government business it the right to bare arms as covered in the 2nd amendment. All of the other questions in the list above are covered by the 10th amendment, up to the people!!! Did you seriously not know this?
The tranquilizer gun idea is serious. We don't want teachers with regular guns because the gun can be used to kill someone. A tranquilizer gun could actually stop a school shooter without being just as dangerous.
