I still don't think Cleveland improved their defense. Clarkson and Hood aren't even decent defenders. They're bad. The media just assumed they got better defensively because they traded IT and got "younger and more athletic"...

There's more to defense than that. Giving up 110 to San Antonio at home... Hmmm... Doesn't seem to be improved. Don't think they got that much better but the media loves to overreact to anything coming out of Cleveland (or wherever LeBron plays).

Washington seems to be just as good without John Wall. I wonder if they try to trade him this summer? Maybe pick up send Mahinmi and Wall to NYK for Hardaway and NYK's 1st? Then use their MLE on someone like Collison? That might be the best move for them.

I'll be honest. A healthy John Wall is a player I have a desire to pair with Lillard.
I just don't think the Wiz would ever accept CJ for Wall. + Portland would need to get additional shooting out of the Forward spots to keep the defense honest.

I just think Wall + Lillard would work perfectly. Especially with how Lillard has improved his defense.

I don't know. We went 5-2 without Dame. Doesn't mean we want to trade Dame. Wall's a good player who has never lost in the first round. They should keep him.

Dame's better than Wall, but the biggest thing is it's obvious that Wall's teammates don't like playing with Wall. He's obviously not a good leader. Doesn't compare to Dame because of that.

Wall isn't a great teammate and I feel like he would clash with Lillard for touches. Also, Wall is much less effective off the ball, and do we really want Dame giving up touches? He'd make us better compared to CJ, but I think it'd be by a very small amount.

I don't know about obvious. Have his teammates ever come out and said anything like that? What are you basing that on?

I think Portland would play at a faster pace with Wall on the court.
Which would make Lillard's job easier.
IDK, I just wish Wall was a more consistent shooter. I think Lillard can play with anyone.

I mean, Portland should play a fast pace already. Two great shooters with a green light from 3 and like attacking the defense. Two forwards who are long and athletic..

I don't think the reason we don't run or play at a fast pace is because of our personnel.

But I swore The Jinx said the Cavs were going to blow out the Spurs. You know on our way of passing them to HCA and all.

I hear that Wall is a real wall on defense. That's why they nicknamed him Wall. His real name is Sofoklis Schortsanitis.

76ers need to cut a player to acquire Ilyasova who has agreed to join them. They need to choose between Holmes, TLC and Booker. Whoever they choose, we should get that player here for the rest of season, and if it's Holmes or TLC we should keep them beyond that.

Wow, yeah I'd take any one of them. TLC would fit here beautifully, assuming he can develop.

What a cluster. Horrible management of roster spots. They spent some assets on all three of those guys. They might just cut and stretch Bayless.

They won't give up on TLC yet and I don't think they want to have the 2.8 a year on the cap for Bayless by stretching him.

They will pick one of the 3 of Amir Johnson, Booker, or Holmes imo. Really we could use a guy who plays the 3 more than those PF-types but an upgrade is an upgrade I suppose.

Why does this tweet about Nikola Jokic's offensive production use a picture of LaMarshmallow on offense? :dunno:
