I was at a game with the Mrs earlier this month. It was the Hornets game. Thankully, she puts up with it. Next to me in the other seat was this young kid who was there with his dad. Everytime I yelled that kid did his best to match me. So, it is contagious...careful

I always wonder who starts some of the chants. There's two females a section or two over who always shout "You've got to make your free throws!" right before we go to the line. In my section we have what I call the "Defense Lady", who chants "defense" (as you can imagine) on every defensive possession until her voice blows out.

I'm pretty sure it was @Chris Craig who started the "We Want CJ" chant during his 50 piece game.

It would have been fun to see what else he could have done. Same for Dame in his 50 game. But you never want to tempt fate. Imagine the hate for Stotts if he would have put CJ back in in a blowout win and he got injured.

I know. We had it won anyway. But, imagine starting a chant like that then it happening. That'd be like parting the red sea.

Tie-breakers are huge which is why this game is a MUST win IMO. Blazers are 1.5 games back of the Wolves now but if they lose, not only are they 2.5 games back but effectively it's even bigger as they will have lost the season series and the tie-breaker. It would only have them 1 loss back but it would be like 2 because if they finish in a tie, the Wolves would finish ahead.

    MUST WIN!

IMO, Turk & Mo are the two keys tonight. The Wolves front line needs to be neutralized or it's going to be tough.
Last game Mo slashed to the hoop a couple times and he needs to keep doing that, needs be selfish with the ball once in a while.
If he knows he's 5th option he will disappear...

I think Harkless has been key for us even he doesn't score much. Both him and Davis do the dirty job to keep our defensive stats up. Hey, it ain't sex but it works!

I don't think it has been any coincidence that we have been a much better over-all team since Harkless came out of his funk. Dame is by far our best player, but Harkless may just be an important part of the engine that gets us in 5th gear. Without him we are stuck reving our engines yet not going as fast.
