you never watched Kung Fu in the 60s? he was called grasshopper by his teacher....other than that ...yeah....Carradine did that in Thailand....he didn't age well.
I'll say this....I can deal with a ripe diaper or mucking out a barn or chicken coop....but I can't handle being around someone hot mopping tar on a roof or having a neighbor burn a mountain of pitch pine slash on a nice day.....those smells I have no tolerance for
I think im about average but those garlic fries???? Ive left games at halftimebecause someone a couple rows away gets them. Sometikes with the right wind angle i get queazy aNd it has gotten worse, as they are popular. I can smell them walking around the 300 level. Its like the smell makes me feel sweaty or something. Just a dirty greasy smell to me.
I have a good sense of smell. My final in a sensory course in Wine school I had 16 wines, 8 white and 8 red and had to identify what varietal (Cab Merlot, Malbec, Grenache...) they were and from which general region (France, California, Washington...) they came from, just based on my senses. I got 7/8 whites and 8/8 reds with all regions correct. But that’s also using cues like the color, hue and taste.
Someday I'd like to do an informational interview with you about wine. Actually, from what you tell me, I'd probably be better off talking to Mrs. Further, but I'm like Mike Pence in that regard.
The truth is my wife’s sense of smell and many others in the industry are much better than mine. I’m good at studying and learning to use all clues correctly to put the entire picture together. So if for example if i get a Pinot which is fairly easy to identify by taste/smell, I can use depth of color to likely point me towards where the Pinot is from since many CA produces blend in small amounts of darker varietals to appeal to Americans, where as French would never do so and Oregon producers are unlikely. Then I can look towards a few other characteristics to narrow everything down more. But ms. Further just sniffs the Pinot and says which winery she thinks it’s from (if she’s had it a few times) and is almost always correct. There is a Master Somm I met, David Frost, who has an eidetic memory for smell/taste. If he has ever tasted something once in his life and tastes it again he has instant recall. Or at least that’s the claim.
Speaking of sense of smell. Wife bought some natural deodorant and I tried it instead of my toxic clear high strength gel I get at Winco. It works fine so I switched. Yesterday I forgot to put it on in the morning and by lunch I was ripe. With the old right guard chemical shit I could miss a day and would barely notice it after a whole workday. Guess the chemical stuff is out of my system now.
