Makes you wonder who's more reliable--someone who would actually have been in the meeting, or Woj? One question to consider; which one actually has motivation to lie?

I know it is long shot, but the more he pisses the other players off the better chance is that they move him. Although I doubt it is here.....but never say never.

He is not coming back," Ginobili said. "For me, he's not coming back because it's not helping [to think Leonard is returning]. We fell for it a week ago again. I guess you guys made us fall for it. But we have to think that he's not coming back, that we are who we are, and that we got to fight without him. That shouldn't be changing, at least until he is ready for the jump ball."

Is it weird that I trust Woj more than Green?

Wonder if we will ever find out what really happened. I see Coach Udoka during the summer a few times at friends BBQs.......I’ll try to get that inside info.

Jabari Young is a tool who kisses all the players ass. Wouldn’t hold his opinion too high.

We really don't want the Spurs. I hate to say it but LA will kill us.

We have nobody that can match up to him.

Aldridge has been dominating the last few weeks. Think I'd rather face AD and NO, but we have no one who can guard him either.

But the Spurs supporting cast, coaching, possibility of Leonard returning, home court advantage and overall winning culture is what I don’t want a part of. All NOLA has is AD...... I like our chances against that much more.

Anybody but the Spurs. Please! If they win, the press will hail it as a magical victory for Pops and just continue with the 'bate fest of praising them.

Not making any predictions or crazy proclamations but.....I’m curious as to how LMA might do with Collins banging on him for a good chunk of a game. Zach is WAY more physical (and mentally tougher) than Aldridge. Collins would probably foul out fairly quickly but I’m pretty sure that while his body might be back on the bench, he’d still be in Aldridge’s head. Whatever, I’d love to see it........

Hate to do this with so much still up in air. Don't wanna pull a Jinxspeed

Order of teams I'd rather play from best matchup to worst:

    1. MIN- no playoff experience and Butler returning from injury
    2. OKC- Paul George is the only guy that scares me on that team. They can stick him on Dame to slow him down, but Brewer/Russ don't have a shot at stopping CJ. Their defense is in the tank w/o Roberson.
    3. NO- Holiday can be bottled up but AD would go off.
    4. SAS- just don't wanna mess with them. Too much pedigree and too much Aldridge.
    5. UTAH- I legit think we'd lose. Gobert is a freaking monster and Snyder is a genius.

Denver and LA climb to top of this list if they can make it in.

I like Collins in that role. Trial by fire for sure, and he'd probably foul out, but just tell him that anything he does on offense is a bonus.

I think every team in the mix for the playoffs has the ability to make us regret wanting them as the matchup. Therefore I'm just going to hope for the 3 seed so we have HCA and not worry about who the opponent could be.

Nope. I'm of sound mind and body.

Spurs' Manu Ginobili: Kawhi Leonard is 'not coming back' this season

On Wednesday, 67 days after the two-time Defensive Player of the Year and perennial MVP candidate had last seen NBA action, his San Antonio Spurs teammate Manu Ginobili said he doesn't expect him to return this season.

"For me, he's not coming back, because it's not helping (to think that he is)" Ginobili told reporters in San Antonio when asked about his mindset regarding Leonard's potential return. "We fell for it a week ago, again. I guess you guys made us fall for it. But as I said maybe a month ago, I don't know when it was, we've got to think that he's not coming back, that we are who we are and that we've got to fight without him. That shouldn't be changing, at least until he's ready for the jump ball."

Leonard has played in just nine games this season — a stretch from Dec. 12 to Jan. 13 — while dealing with a right quad injury. Conflicting reports have surrounded his status all season, the most recent of which stated there was a possibility he could have returned for last Thursday's game against the New Orleans Pelicans.

"He's out there, he's with us, but it's hard when you don't practice with the team," Ginobili said. "The bulk of the camaraderie is pregame, postgame, halftime, when you're going through adversity, or some travel. He's not with us most of the time, so it's hard."

The Spurs are enjoying their best, and perhaps most important, stretch of the season despite the absence of their star forward. Wednesday's win over Washington was their fifth in a row, and they now sit in sixth place in the ever-changing Western Conference playoff picture.

And yet they're still just 1 ½ games ahead of the eighth-place Utah Jazz and remain in serious danger of missing the postseason for the first time in 20 years.
