B - defense and rebounding wins championships. That squad has four elite defenders, as in four of the best ever at their positions. It also has two of the best rebounders of their generation. Plus, for scoring, you have the GOAT, plus Barkley and Hakeem. BNM
B has the worst three point shooting of the group, but has the best defensive team and the greatest to ever play. Hakeem was a hell of a center, too.
B is the only answer here. Anyone who says A or C is wrong. It's so lopsided that it isn't worth any time discussing.
Pippen, Payton, and Jordan guarding the perimeter? Good fuckin luck. I loved Gary Payton’s game so much, could be because he’s a fellow Beaver, but it was so fun watching him get in the head of other players and then just ware them down during the game.
And with the all time leader in blocked shots protecting the rim behind them. That squad may lack 3-point shooting, but they would be the perfect defense for today's NBA where the focus is on locking down the 3-point line and preventing high percentage lay ups - basically taking away the most efficient scoring options and forcing your opponent to take a lot of inefficient long 2-pointers. Gary Payton...It's the shoes..... Scottie Pippen because he was a Blazer, Chuck because he can articulate when inebriated, Akeem because he is a smooth player and convinced Clyde to leave town and MJ-(.....you know....he's talented)
@HCP So, only one Blazer (always known as a former Bull) in the group of 15, eh? How about a Blazer 5 (D) for homer votes such as Buck, Jerome Kersey, Clyde, Arvidas Sabonis ( later team ) and T Porter.
