I put a big share of the blame on Stotts/Neil but the Turner sighing looks worse and worse everyday.

When did i say everyone? Cup has had some very condescending posts here, though has seemed to clean it up.
You were condescendig too so i could understand this post.
You weren't agreeing or disagreeing with anyone. You made a blind sarcastic statement making a jab at anyone who thinks the gm could have done differently. Did you read your own post i quoted? Jesus....:banghead2:

Terry is the problem. But lets face it, coaching star players is really hard. Look at OKC coaches trying to fix Westbrook. I'm disappointed that our offense lacks creativity/execution. I'm tired of Damon/CJ hero ball, poor shot selections, ...
I wish CJ was Donavan Mitchell. Btw, how did we pass on this kid?

Sorry if you feel it back stabbing and snide. Not sure how though, considering you yourself went and deleted a bunch of the posts i was refering to. I even said you seemed to have cleaned it up. Just debate without ridiculing the others opinion is all. :)
I lesrn things when discussions are like that.
Just keep it real man. No biggie Its all good.

I deleted my posts, not because I felt there was anything wrong, but because Sly asked posters to stop and they wouldn't so I took the high road and pulled completely out of the thread. As for you comment, whether you think so or not, it was a personal attack which isn't allowed in here. Singling me out wasn't appreciated. Besides, I'm a senior citizen and have earned my right to be a grumpy old man. I think your buddy might need your lecture as well then. :bgrin:

I said bench. But really it can be fixed by getting another quality starter that can hit an open jumper and play defense. So then really i guess it would be "Roster" instead of bench. This team needs another quality player. If they can continue to develop players then so be it. But getting rid of Stotts or Olshey isn't going to change the fact that they need another quality player on this roster. I'm also quite certain Olshey will be looking to improve this roster in any way he can.

I would like to explore the opportunity to bring Henderson back as long as he is healthy. He would be a solid player off the bench that can do a bit of everything and might come cheap with just missing a whole season.

And that was cool to take the high road.
However, It doesnt change the fact that you were being condescendig at times in some of them, Whether you think your age gives you the right to do so or not.

Bones knows he should refrain from going personal even when being baited. He slips sometimes like we all do.
He just wants to discuss ways we could have and ways we can now and in the future, improve this team. Sometimes he gets aggresssive because people attack him personally over his opinions, rather than bringing stats or facts to refute his ideas.
Its okay to disagree and debate his opinions. Its not cool to Attack him personally because your opinion is his opinion is wrong. It takes two to tango.

To use the age card as a factor in knowledge and experience is weak sauce though. The game has changed so much over the years that what worked in the golden years wouldnt work now. Rule changes, cba changes, so many factors, that to say one has not been around long enough to watch the franchise over the years and cant know as much, is pure falacy and conjecture.
If anything, the younger generation knows more due to help from technology and analitics.
So when people play the card that young people havent been around and thus cant know, is innacurate at best.

The age card was in humour and just because I am older doesn't mean I haven't seen the changes in the game. you seem to make excuses for bonesjones and chastise me. He is baited no more than anyone else in this forum and is often baiting others. None of us are innocent but It simply becomes a personal attack when one is singled out while another is given an excuse. Next time, please just leave me out of it if you want to discuss something with someone else. Fair enough?

PS- You do have the ability to correct your mistake as I have often done myself when I have thought about it.

I wanst referring to your comment about being a senior citizen. I was referring to the several times you minimized bones’ posts based on his age.

Anytime i am aware of making a mistake or think to have made a mistake i do apologize. In this instance i do not belive i have made a mistake. :)

Really though. This is not worth fixating on.

    • Saying something negative directly to me is one thing but doing it in a post to someone else is a cheap shot. Sorry you don't see it that way.

and this is the one I pointed out to you not any others right? You only want to look at it from your side and you are the one attacking side, not me. I have basically implied or asked you to remove me from your post and yet all you want to do is justify it. I could have cried to the mods, but chose instead to deal with it directly. I am off for the day to watch my son graduate with his Masters Degree so you have a nice day and maybe it will come to you.

Dude. All i said was you have had some condescending posts here.

Let @SlyPokerDog consider that a personal attack and il lremove it. Until then you are around the bend if you are offended by this. Thick skin man. Thick skin.

Didn't you say in a another post you dont take this place seriously or dont take things personal here??

    So which is it?

You dont get to have it both ways or be prepared to be called out on a regular basis.

And congratulations in the graduation. Thats proud material right there.
