My wife has an interview at her company, it would be a pretty big promotion so she wanted to get a new suit. We went to like 15 different stores before she found something that looked nice and fit her well. If I needed a nice professional looking outfit, I could either go to just about any department store and pick out a pair of slacks and a button up, or I could go to the Men's Warehouse and get a relatively cheap tailored suit (which I have done in the past). Women seem to have significantly fewer options for professional looking clothes. And most of the shirts look like women's surgical scrubs. They don't have an equivalent to the Men's Warehouse. A tailored suit would cost quite a bit more. She's going to get one if she gets the promotion. We got it easy gents.
Men's Wearhouse sucks. I got my suits from them when I was 23 out of college. Nordstrom's or Macy's are the best for full suits. If you're lucky, Burlington Coat Factory has some. Sizes are sparse though.
Burlington Coat Factory doesn't exist anymore. Now it's just.... Burlington. Basically just a shittier version (if that's possible) of TJ Maxx. They do still have some suits... not as many as they used to. Zero coats though. It's really quite sad. They were a go-to for a nice wool coat at a decent price.
I actually have issues finding suits that fit right, with my height, my arm length, my broad shoulders.
I knew you didn't buy suits off the rack...... Cuz U GOTTA BE ABLE to physically get them down off the rack #bamfamsHCPstyle
