I went with pork roast. I enjoy a nice lean cut of pork loin marinaded in Philippine adobo sauce (I usually marinade mine for 24 hours), then slow cooked for about 5 hours on low.

There is a Hungarian dish, Szalonna, which is a piece of pork fatback with the skin on. The pork is skewered on a long stick like hotdogs then roasted slowly over an open fire. Everyone drinks and has bread with thin sliced onions on the bread and you let the roasting fatback drip onto the bread and eat that slowly. After a few hours of drinking, cussing and eating the Szalonna has become fat gristle and you eat that to end the night.

This is a pretty tough question because there are tons of delicious ways pigs can be made into food to eat. It's kinda like a "what's the best part of sex?" question.

Since @HCP seems to be busy working these days I'll answer for him.......the pig
