    The NBA needs to make it so you can only have two max contracts on the payroll at once.

    Or raise the cap, have a max contract be 40% of the cap, and have a hard cap be 120%.

    Seems to me that Philly or Boston can offer much more for Kawhi. The Spurs don't have to trade him at all, never mind to the Lakers. Pop is not known for not being stubborn...

    If you can find a way to land Kawhi without trading CJ (Collins, Meyers, Swanigan, future 1sts?) you do it, then you go after LeBron.
