Which is a shame because it could be the most entertaining. Seperate the stars and the league would be great.
I did say coming season, was thinking around February. Maybe to Boston if the Hayward experiment doesn’t work out
I think they'd trade Kyrie in a LeBron S&T, because it's easier to match salary for both Kawhi and LeBron.
San Antonio isn’t going to want to keep Kawhi West but the clippers could put together a good package with Tobias’ expiring plus their lottery picks.
Hypothetical question: If we have Dame, CJ, Kawhi, and Nurkic, would LeBron choose us in free agency?
I would take one year of a Championship with the likelyhood that some players very well would be gone the next season.
Hypothetical question 2: If we have Dame, Blake Griffin, Kawhi, and Nurkic, would LeBron choose us? Might be smart to trade CJ for Blake and a Future pick so we have something left over to trade for LeBron.
Maybe a 3 way to make it work for LeBron to come to Boston? (Would have to be a min contract of course) BOS: Kawhi, E. Gordon, Pau SA: Kyrie, Brown, Anderson HOU: Hayward, White
The same reason he’s most likely not considering Portland now, despite a team made of pieces that compliment his game better than most others.
